Developing the Marin County Individualized Child Care Subsidy Pilot Plan and the Countywide Needs Assessment

Mission Analytics Group provided planning support and evaluation of this pilot project. Mission compiled existing research to inform the Local Child Care Policy and Evaluation Plan for the Pilot, submitted a draft plan for stakeholders to review, collected earnings data from each participating contractor, conducted the Pilot Reimbursement Rate (PRR) analysis, and suggested a PRR.
